Thank you to Henry and Frank for organizing our first fish fry of the Lenten season. Henry purchased all the non-fish food. Thank you to Michael Moriello of La MezzaLuna restaurant in Princeton for preparing the fish to be ready for baking or frying. Michael also prepared the sauce for the pasta sauce that we serve with the halibut. It was a busy day for the brothers and we served over 130 meals.
Our second Fish Fry served over 90 meals for dine in or take out.
We also had a team come back on March 22 to help clean the kitchen.
